The easiest thing in the World to get and keep is Six Pack Abs, if you know the secret
I have had ripped abs for 62 years and I know how to get your abs ripped and how to keep them ripped for life. It is part of my Seven Secrets to Lifetime Fitness System and anyone can get ripped abs and keep them for life by following my simple, easy, fun fitness program.
In fact I would go so far as to say that getting six pack abs is the easiest thing in the World to do if you know the secret. It is much harder to get 18 inch arms, that six pack abs. It is much harder to bench 300 pounds than to get 6 pack abs. It is much harder to get great shoulders, huge pecks, tight buns than to get six pack abs and to keep them for life. It is hard as heck to keep a great chest at 40,50, 60 but it is so easy to keep six pack abs. It is hard to keep great arms and a tight bun at 40,50,60, but is so easy to keep six pack abs. Let’s talk about how to get your abs ripped and some common misconceptions.
1.You rip your abs by working them hard, and burning the fat and defining the muscles. There is a common misconception that everyone has a six pack under that roll of fat, and while it is true there are a group of muscles under that fat, they are not ripped. The starving people in concentration camps didn’t rock six pack abs. They rocked skin and bones. There is no magical six pack waiting under your fat, so that all you have to do is starve yourself and somehow you will magically have great ripped abs.
2.You rip your abs by doing lots of reps, lots of reps and the lots more reps. You don’t use resistance, inclines, or weights. You burn the abs until they are sore. You rip them and then you rip on them some more with a few more reps. In weight training it is called the pump. You get those muscles ripped and pumped. And you burn away all the fat around your abs by doing lots and lots of abs work.
3.You don’t have to do sit ups. I seldom do sit ups, I do sit downs, side crunches, side bends, leg extensions, leg lifts, leg circles and lots of other great and fun abs exercises but I don’t do sit ups, and you don’t’ have to ever do another sit up to have great abs. In fact doing regular sit ups may do more harm than good.
4.You don’t have to do all your abs work on the floor. You can get ripped abs doing sit downs in a chair, you can work your abs while riding in a car, while walking, while sitting at a computer, and even while watching TV. When you learn all the incredible abs exercises in my program there will never be a time or a situation you will find yourself in where you can’t do some abs work. It is really so much fun to do some abs while watching TV or even while riding on plane or a bus, or in a car. It makes you feel great and it gets those abs ripped and keeps them ripped.
Let’s look at another important factor in getting ripped abs. The rest of your body. You can have great abs and fat arms, and flabby legs. You have to work all 7 major muscle groups and work your abs last. It is all part of my Seven Secrets System and we will learn more about it in a future article.
