The Annie Duke Texas Hold-Em Poker Tournament to Benefit 1736 Family Crisis Center will be held on Saturday, April 3rd, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Bicycle Casino Event Center to raise money for domestic violence victims and homeless youth. Festivities will begin at 2:30 p.m. commencing with registration and a Meet & Greet with Annie Duke.
All proceeds from the tournament will be paid to the 1736 Family Crises Center. 1736 Family Crisis Center is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the safety and fostering the long-term survival and success of runaway and homeless youth… domestic violence victims and their children… and other individuals in need.
On Saturday, April 3, 2010, I will be hosting a poker tournament with all proceeds going to 1736 Family Crisis Center. This tournament will take place at the Bicycle Club Casino in Bell Gardens, CA. I invite you to consider joining me as a sponsor, player or spectator and help this nonprofit agency whose work I admire. 1736 Family Crisis Center offers life-saving services to domestic violence victims and abused, homeless youth. I firmly believe that every man, woman and child has the right to live their lives in a healthy and safe environment and to conduct their lives without emotional, physical, or sexual abuse or the fear of such abuse. ~Annie Duke
The $350.00 buy-in (with $100.00 re-buys available for the first hour) includes a dinner reception, pre-game instructional play, and a silent and live auction. The $75.00 non-player admission includes lunch receptionk, spectator privileges and participation in the silent and live auction. Everybody who makes the final table will receive prizes.
