The Reclaiming tradition is a form of modern, feminist Witchcraft. It started in 1978 as the Reclaiming Collective, which grew out of a series of classes on magic, taught by Starhawk and Diane Baker.
It is not a membership organization, but a community composed of people involved in learning, teaching and distributing the knowledge of the tradition. It continues to evolve. Part of the work of the Reclaiming tradtion is to organize public rituals for the eight Wiccan holidays.
