On Monday, May 3, there will be a free “Healthy Lifestyles” seminar at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis. This seminar is for everyone!
Dr. Jason Fowler, a chiropractor within the St. Charles County area will discuss how an individual can eat well, move well, and live a healthier life even when dealing with an illness. Learning more about how the body benefits from proper movement and eating well, will allow you to make healthier decisions on a daily basis.
