Several more dry days will grace West Michigan before an upper lever disturbance moves toward the Great Lakes this weekend.
The slideshow at the bottom of this page shows one computer model progression of this storm into the region.
A few scattered showers and some thunder is possible on Saturday with temperatures in the mid 60s. Warm air will surge north and if there is enough sunshine we could see readings in the low 70s.
The surface low should track just south of Michigan on Sunday. This would be the soggier of the two weekend days. With the clouds and rain, temperatures may struggle to get beyond the upper 50s.
The storm will be slow to leave, so the rain hangs on into early next week.
