Congratulations to all the local runners that went up to Boston on Monday to participate in the 114th running of the legendary Boston Marathon. As it happened to be Patriots Day in Boston and the weather was perfect for running, it was a great atmosphere for the race.
Whether or not the local runners were there to set a personal record (PR) or they were there just to be part of this historic race, you have to give them all the credit in the world for spending all or most of Rochester’s winter weather training to get there.
