Billy Elliot the Musical, currently playing at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph), is extending its run in Chicago by fifteen weeks through October 24, 2010. The added performances, over 250,000 new tickets, are on sale now to the public.
Billy Elliot began previews on March 18, 2010, and officially opened last night and is already getting great reviews. The show celebrated its opening with creators Stephen Daldry, Lee Hall and Elton John attending the performance.
Billy Elliot the Musical is the joyous celebration of one boy’s journey to make his dreams come true.
